Aparna has experience in creating role definitions and corresponding competency identification/definitions for internal organizations and clients. Her experience in workforce planning, global integration of two functions, organization design, and team effectiveness contributed to her expertise in organization development. She holds a Masters degree in Business and Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering.
