Aparna has over 20 years of global and versatile experience in human resources across various industries, including technology consulting, manufacturing, retail, and utility. She has developed core subject matter expertise in talent management, organization development, and strategic planning. She has led strategic planning processes to define short and long-term business priorities leading to department and individual goals. Aparna has experience in creating role definitions and corresponding competency identification/definitions for internal organizations and clients. Her experience in workforce planning, global integration of two functions, organization design, and team effectiveness contributed to her expertise in organization development. She holds a Masters degree in Business and Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering.
