Brendan Dentino, Research Analyst

Brendan Dentino


Brendan focuses on housing policy research and analysis to improve affordability throughout California. Through service as a military officer, he gained extensive experience in leadership, project coordination, and government policy, which he applied to his work as a program and policy coordinator for the San Diego Promise Zone (SDPZ). Brendan convened stakeholders around policy affecting low-to-moderate income (LMI) residents, including accessory dwelling unit regulations, Opportunity Zones, and homelessness interventions. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology program at the University of Southern California and holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.
