Krista Phipps is Career Pathways Program Manager for LeSar Holdings Inc. Krista’s primary role is to develop strategies and execute channels to serve and develop the LeSar teams. Krista oversees learning, training and development, diversity, talent management, and performance management efforts with a goal of ensuring that the LeSar organization is an outstanding place to work and build a career. Prior to this role, Krista served as Director of Business Growth Strategy and Execution for GPLA where she led execution of the business plan, marketing strategy, and delivery of GPLA services and products including the Vienna Social Housing Academy Global Housing Policy Exchange.

Krista has a wealth of professional experience in economic development, public policy, and public relations in local governments and private entities. Krista holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Southern California (USC), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rosemont College, and is a graduate of several continuing education and leadership development programs. She has also served on several business and community-based boards of directors over the years.
