San Diego County Housing Blueprint
The County of San Diego retained LDC to produce the Housing Blueprint, a strategic vision to guide the County’s efforts to address the housing crisis. Delivered in 2024, the Blueprint is focused on a set of 8 strategies to achieve the aims of the 5 Ps solutions framework to promote equity, inclusion, and sustainability, produce housing for all, preserve vulnerable housing, protect tenants, and prevent displacement.
