LDC works to create a housing ecosystem where all people have a quality, affordable home and a homelessness response system that uplifts lived experience, centers the most vulnerable, and engages rather than enforces. LDC maximizes performance and pushes the boundaries of an insufficient housing system, working towards eliminating the root causes of housing insecurity and homelessness.
We believe both technical knowledge and lived expertise are key to creating a just housing system. We seek to integrate lived expertise of homelessness and housing insecurity when possible.
