Affordable Housing Development Strategy & Finance
LDC helps clients create affordable housing. We structure transactions and financial analyses, and we provide assistance with affordable housing finance, public subsidy underwriting, and pro forma analysis. We also provide policy and strategy consulting.

Homelessness Services Design, Implementation, & Evaluation
LDC works with clients to strengthen the homelessness response system and infrastructure, centering all solutions on pathways to permanent housing. We analyze and improve the performance of clients’ coordinated entry systems, homelessness plans and strategies, and prevention and diversion programs. LDC also helps clients design new programs such as navigation centers, permanent housing solutions, and encampment resolution.

Capacity Building, Training, and Technical Assistance
LDC helps clients build the internal capacity they need to end the housing affordability crisis and homelessness in their jurisdiction. We conduct trainings on affordable housing development and finance as well as homelessness best practices that help grow staff proficiency in these topics and work with our clients to acquire funds and partnerships. We also directly augment staff on a project basis.

Sector Innovation & Cross-Sector Partnerships
LDC helps clients identify and implement innovative, emerging strategies to end the housing affordability crisis and homelessness. We help interested stakeholders strategically use their resources to support their missions through the creation of affordable housing, and help existing stakeholders find more creative ways to address the housing crisis. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
LDC convenes stakeholders to co-create lasting, equitable solutions for affordable housing and homelessness. With our sister firms Global Policy Leadership Academy (GPLA) and LeSar Support Services (LSS), we facilitate convenings, forums, town halls, and community groups in both online and offline settings. We integrate the insights shared by stakeholders into clients’ plans and policies.
