LDC delivered best practice training to Anthem on critical topics such as Housing First, Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), Coordinated Entry Systems (CES), homeless definitions, and rural homelessness challenges. These sessions equipped Anthem staff with the knowledge and tools necessary to address homelessness effectively.
The training empowered Anthem to improve service delivery across its programs, ensuring alignment with homeless service sector standards.
