DELIVERABLE:
Gaps Analysis and Homeless Plan
LDC collaborated with the County of Riverside Continuum of Care (CoC) Board of Governance to develop a strategic Homeless Plan aimed at enhancing governance and performance in addressing homelessness. The team facilitated stakeholder engagement through surveys, focus groups, and retreats, gathering insights from various sectors. The strategic plan focused on improving communication, streamlining CoC structure, and utilizing data effectively.
LDC’s work helped the CoC align operations with shared values, adopt a continuous improvement framework, and better coordinate efforts to reduce homelessness.
