LDC prepared an independent report, sponsored the Liberty Hill Foundation and the California Endowment, on the Los Angeles Community Land Trust Coalition’s $14 million acquisition and rehabilitation program. The report aimed to analyze the efforts of the Los Angeles Community Land Trust Coalition following the County of Los Angeles’s investment of $14 million for acquisition and rehabilitation. LDC conducted informational meetings with the County and project partners, identifying key insights and recommendations for further public sector-CLT collaborations.

Recommendations included retaining the single-source subsidy structure, adding predevelopment funds, standardizing programmatic requirements, and developing tools to finance capital improvements.
