Lived Experience Focus Groups
LDC collaborated with the County of Ventura to conduct Lived Experience Focus Groups as part of their homelessness planning efforts. The team facilitated discussions with individuals who had direct experience with homelessness, ensuring their voices were central to the planning process. These focus groups provided insights into the challenges and needs of those experiencing homelessness, which informed the county’s strategic approach.
LDC’s work helped Ventura County create more effective, compassionate, and responsive homelessness policies.
