Cassie has over 10 years of experience in affordable housing development and administration in LA County, financing and developing rental and for-sale affordable housing. Cassie is a seasoned project manager responsible for over 500 units built and securing over $200M in public and private financing, has experience in managing development pipelines to ensure alignment with organizational strategic and financial goals, and has helped lead business development pursuits on acquisition and public land opportunities.

She has also served as the affordable housing administrator at LA Metro, creating attractive opportunities for joint development and facilitating the ground leasing of publicly owned land. She brings developer insights to policy and regulatory frameworks to ensure generative cross-sector partnerships towards the common goal of addressing the statewide housing and homelessness crisis holistically.

Cassie was born and raised in Los Angeles and earned her Master of Planning from USC. She has completed numerous training programs, including LISC’s Housing Development Training Institute (Beginner, Advanced) and UCLA’s Levine Affordable Housing Development Program.
