As LeSar’s HR Director, Sabrina Vonch provides subject matter expertise, strategic partnership, and implementation support across all functions of HR and payroll. With over 15 years of progressive experience as an HR leader and consultant, she has helped companies of various shapes, sizes, and industries align HR initiatives and best practices with company objectives.

Sabrina is passionate about all things people and culture. Because she values a growth mindset, Sabrina is drawn to team learning and development initiatives. She loves teaching and coaching others on skills that can be used both inside and outside of the workplace. Sabrina is PHR certified and graduated cum laude with a BA in sociology from Cal State Northridge.
