As LeSar’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Anji Taylor is responsible for brand management, marketing programs, and support for each of the client-facing portfolio firms in their integrated communications efforts. Before joining LeSar she led strategic branding, marketing, and communications efforts for San Diego Youth Symphony, one of the region’s leading nonprofit providers of youth arts education programs.
Anji combines a background of more than three decades in digital and traditional advertising, marketing, brand strategy, and product development with results-driven project management and business leadership. As co-founder of Taylor & Pond Corporate Communications, she led one of the regions’ founding strategic digital agencies and was an early pioneer of online branding, search optimization, and web analytics. She returned to San Diego in 2015 after 10 years living and working in Barcelona where she had cofounded and led product development and marketing for a successful executive conference company. Earlier experience includes client management for McCann-Erickson/Phillips-Ramsey Advertising, serving brands including Bumble Bee Seafoods, Giant Bicycle, and Nature’s Recipe pet foods. A graduate of the University of California San Diego, she holds a B.A. in Communications.
