Annmarie Rodriguez

Annmarie is an urban planner and researcher who is passionate about creating opportunities for affordable housing and holistic community growth. Prior to joining LDC, she worked as a project manager for an affordable housing developer in Brooklyn, New York. She also worked as a researcher at NYU’s Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, playing a pivotal role in their annual State of the City 2020 report, and has years of experience in public and administrative services. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Westmont College and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from New York University.
