Craig Adelman

Craig Adelman has spent over 25 years in the community development field, across the real estate development, lending, CDFI and government sectors. Craig now serves as a Senior Principal with LeSar Development Consultants, applying his broad and deep range of experience on behalf of a diverse client base. Most recently prior, he was the Managing Director of the innovative national SPARCC initiative for the Low Income Investment Fund where he worked with regions across the country on building new ways of integrating social and racial equity, climate resilience and healthy outcomes within their community development practice.

Craig has previously lead AMCAL Multi-Housing’s Northern California expansion, served as the Deputy Director for San Francisco’s Mayor’s Office of Housing, was Vice President at AF Evans Development, and a Vice President at Bank of America. Craig also spent 10 years with the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) after graduating from U.C. Berkeley, where he studied architecture and business.
