LDC assisted the City of Fresno in securing an Infill Infrastructure Grant (IIG) to support downtown revitalization, strategically aligned with the future high-speed rail connection. The team crafted a successful grant application that funded a new parking structure in downtown Fresno, enhancing connectivity and positioning the area as a vibrant hub.

LDC’s efforts won $43.7 million in IIG funds, driving economic growth and equitable housing development.
