DELIVERABLE:
Affordable Housing Services: Site Analysis, Negotiations, and Homekey
LDC worked with the City of Palm Springs to create affordable housing for City residents. The team identified sites and opportunities for affordable housing projects, developed and reviewed strategies with a sub-committee, and engaged willing property owners. LDC facilitated and negotiated the review of housing agreements, financial analyses, design, and land transactions.
Additionally, LDC negotiated grants and loan agreements, including for the landmark Homekey program, contributing to the creation of a Homekey-funded Homeless Navigation Center, among other achievements.
