Population Analysis
LDC partnered with the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) to conduct a comprehensive population analysis focused on the housing needs of students, staff, and Transitional Age Youth (TAY). The team analyzed demographic data, income levels, and household characteristics to understand the specific housing challenges faced by these groups.
The analysis revealed significant needs for affordable housing, particularly among students and part-time staff, informing SDCCD’s housing strategy and subsequent collaborations with LDC.
