Loa is a Pacific Northwest native and longtime resident of SoCal. She has provided independent bookkeeping, payroll and financial management services for diverse small to mid-sized businesses for over twenty years, and also produced commercial and narrative film projects. She’s excited to be part of the LeSar team and focus her efforts on affordable housing and solutions for unhoused communities.

Loa holds a BS in Accounting from CSULA, and in her spare time she enjoys creative writing, traditional jazz, standup comedy, and travel.
