Homekey 2 Navigation Center
LDC provided technical assistance that helped the City of Palm Springs win a $19 million Homekey 2 award. This award was used to fund the development of The Springs Housing Navigation Campus, a navigation center for persons experiencing homelessness in Palm Springs. LDC created a winning application using the format required by the Department of Housing and Community Development, which included an analysis of the unit mix, development sources, development budget, operating budget, and 15-year cash flow.
The final development includes 80 units for individuals with 15% of the area median income or below.
