Resident Advisory Working Group
LDC facilitated the Palm Springs Resident Advisory Working Group (RAWG) as part of the Homeless Navigation Center project. The team coordinated and led regular meetings, bringing together residents, business owners, and service providers to gather community input on site design, services, and operations. LDC ensured that the voices of those living and working near the Navigation Center were integral to the planning process.
The feedback collected from these sessions directly informed the development and ongoing operations of the Navigation Center, fostering community collaboration.
