Zack Olmstead has over 20 years of experience across the housing policy continuum. Prior to joining the LeSar Portfolio, he spent nine years in executive leadership at the California Department of Housing and Community Development. Zack is passionate about turning complex challenges in affordable housing, homelessness, and community development into real-world impact.
