Liz Tracey brings three decades of experience in affordable housing finance and development spanning construction and permanent lending, equity investing, real estate development, and consulting. She has worked at Bank of America and Chase Bank in community development banking; at the Low Income Investment Fund placing debt and new markets tax credits; at Jamboree Housing in business development; and at The Michaels Organization originating affordable deals in Texas and Colorado. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and an MBA in finance and real estate from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
